I have seen single spots on 2 tooths each on upper side of the tooth in upper gums. I have pain in eating food . Please tell some treatment

Looks like its cavities on the neck. You will have to visit a dentist to get them filled for permanent solution. Time being for few days you can use some antisensitivity toothpaste for relief
