Small hole in upper wisdom tooth
My wife is pregnant she has small hole in the last upper tooth . It has pain and headache due that . Sometime it dispose stick blood .what might be the problem is this common during pergancy.

Dear Sir ,
Definately dental treatment is required in such case but in proper trimester .
As the tooth pain can only be suppressed for time being but medicines should be taken with the concerned of concern gynaecologist .
Rest all in pregnancy bleeding gums is seen which is known as pregnancy induced gingivitis but the hole in the tooth n head ach indicates deep cavity approaching or approached nerve.
