Im nt able walk for even 1 min Very severe pain in leg and back Im experiencing this problm frm 5 yrs approx What should i do plz help in this situation Im very much scared of surgery .

Before surgery please consult physiotherapist and start taking treatment for back like isometric back exercise and strengthening exercise also metland technic is very helpful in this condition
