When I got mri, the doctor said that there is a problem with L4 and L5, earlier I had a backache but from 1 month the pain went to my right leg as well. Have been feeling like stress when you stretch your right leg to sleep. What should I do

Hi Mr Saurab,
Better to take bed rest for 10 days. You can take some over the counter painkillers and painkiller spray application. If you don't improve you may need physiotherapy or some patients may need surgery also for relief.

If your symptoms are self limiting and not increasing or disabling, behavioral modification, physiotherapy and some nerve membrane stabilizers may suffice.
Recurrent disc herniation can lead to these symptoms. Will need to get a detailed history of your problems.
