Severe pain in whole right side from right back to right calves Unable to sit or sleep due to pain Reduces when I walk but again impossible to sit down

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. -Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. -(You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. This may be due to nerve root irritation originating from lower back region.. Sometimes it may be a local strain or sometimes due to compression of nerve roots due to disc prolapse..
Next Steps
You can start with hot fomentation,  take analgesic with muscle relaxant tablet, take calcium and vitamin d supplement,  apply analgesic ointment locally.. If not relieved, you may require some investigations..

Avoid heavy work,  avoid sitting down X avoid Indian toilet..
