Slip disk l4, l5 s1
Sir, am suffering from slip disk pain l4, l5, s1 as observed in mri since 2 years. I have taken consulation more than 5 ortho doctors and all kind of tablets like pragbalin, pain relief tablets, calicium, vitamin d3. But still no relief. I have also gone through physiotherapy but there was some relilef for some time. Then when i stop physiotherapy again back pain started.. My pain sometimes go to right buttocks and down the legs.. Please advice me what to do now.. I dont want to go for surgery. I have attached mri report for your perusal
