Mri report: Mild broad based disk bluge l5 S1 with central protrusion and mild inferior migration. Early l5S1 disk dehydration and l4l5 l5S1 ligament flavum hypertrophy. Mild reversal of cervical Lordosis.i am suffering from low back and hip pain.. Sir my question is : How bad this situation is? I am suffering from this for last 8-9 years severe shooting pain comes n go by taking rest. What therapy should I go for? Can this disk bluge go back to its normal position 100%?does chiropractic works? Things to do and things to avoid(for how long).. And finally how much time it will take to be normal? Thank you..
