L5 S1 disc bulge moderate protrusion
Is steroid injection must for l5 s1 disc bulge mild to moderate protrusion? I am suffering from lower back pain from 2 months and previously calf pain for 6 months normal MRI for knee but MRI for lumbar spine shows l5 s1 disc bulge mild to moderate and l4 l5 disc bulge mild and radiaties along the left leg.. Feel numbness mainly left leg second toe..Can exercise does not help without minimally invasive surgery?
