Slip disc problem
Hi this is tarun luthra, I'm currently facing pain in my lower back which looks like slip disc prob and want to know it's cure and the best doctor for this problem in Delhi

Physio is the best treatment. Once pain settles do back muscle strengthening exercise. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration because dehydrated disc is more prone to injury
