In getting engaged and want to slim down. I have gained a lot of weight all over my body and face and it's not looking good at all. I used to weigh 54 kg and now I weigh 59 kg. I can't afford a gym or dietician. How do I lose all the fat and slim down? I'm living on my own so all supplies go out of my salary which I try to keep at a bare minimum considering my other expenses. The internet shows way too expensive options. How do I lose weight, shed all the fat and slim down without a gym or dietician?
