Slightly hard pea-sized lump on anus
Hi My gf(28f) has a reddish pea sized lump on anus. Painful if you touch it or stretch the ass. Pain feels like skin is torn. It has been there for 1-2 years. And gets inflamed when spicy food is taken. Has tight poops sometimes. But mostly she doesnt feel it if simple food is eaten and ass is not touched. She is scared it is anal cancer. Can this be cancer?
