Slight fracture on foot
Sir/mam Foot trip on the stairs,slight fracture on right foot. Only feel the pain when walk. Otherwise no pain. Here I enclosed the x ray copy Skin traction set enough for this issue? Plz clarify

Strapping of 1st, 2nd & 3rd toes. You may need plaster cast for 3-4 wks. - elevation of foot, if there is swelling.

Fracture of 2nd metatarsal extending into proximal shaft. Fracture of the proximal phalanx as well. Need a clinical picture of the leg to assess skin condition
Next Steps
Can consider K-wire fixation. Below knee POP slab for 6 weeks. Limb elevation. Analgesics.

Yes, 2nd metatarsal fracture is there but extent of displacement is to be seen in other view also. If it is well in place than below knee cast for 6 weeks would be enough if it is quite displaced then might need k wire fixation also.
Next Steps
non weight bearing with absolute limb elevation. active toe movements to be done.
