Sleeplessness
I have been having sleeplessness night for last 4 years, i wll be wake up upto 3 am in the night, after that i will get sleep but brain will be working & sleep won"t be cleared , i had gone Nimhans hospital several times but in vain, please tell me sir what should i do ?

Need a evaluation of sleep cycle and sleep hygine techniques, so jus go to psychiatrist and ahave regular follow up
