I get a thought which make me restless and then reflection to it I get another thought during which my heart beat get increase . I meet a doctor yesterday and doing yoga as per his suggestion. Thought are now in control but heart beat still not normal... Please help. .

Hey, your anxiety causes increased heart beat, avoid thoughts ,listen to music ,read books ,do breathing exercises before going to bed ,initially its difficult but don't give up practice.Pranayama for 5 min slow down heart rate ,it takes at least a 7- 15 days to settle down
