Restlessness full day
I have strange restlessness all day. When I sleep I am okay but I wake up with this strange restlessness and it's continue till I sleep at night. It's that much difficult that I am having suicidal thoughts all day. I don't like anything which I used to like earlier. I am not doing any work only sitting and thinking. I want to live but can't live like this

I'm sorry to hear that you're going through a difficult time. It sounds like you may be experiencing symptoms of depression and/or anxiety. Restlessness, loss of interest in activities, and difficulty concentrating are common symptoms of these conditions.
Next Steps
It's important that you seek professional help as soon as possible. There are many effective treatments for depression and anxiety, including therapy and medication. A mental health professional can help you identify the root causes of your symptoms and develop a plan for treatment.
Health Tips
In the meantime, here are a few things you can try to help alleviate your symptoms: Practice relaxation techniques such as deep breathing, meditation, or yoga. Engage in regular exercise to help boost your mood and reduce stress. Try to eat a healthy diet and get plenty of sleep. Connect with loved ones and talk about how you're feeling. Avoid using drugs or alcohol as a way to cope with your symptoms. Remember, it's okay to ask for help. You don't have to go through this alone. Reach out to a mental health professional, a trusted friend or family member, or a crisis helpline for support.
