Sleeplessness
I am having sleepless nights from a week. Saw online about phenobarbitone, rivotril, zolpidem tablets. Will they help me in falling asleep? What happens if I use more than 300mg of phenobarbitone?

Kindly do not take any medications without  consulting a doctor. phenobarbitol is a drug to treat epilepsy! Not all information on line is authentic. If you are having problems sleeping then please  get  an evaluation  by a psychiatrist, find out the  reason and treat it. In the mean while  you can try the sleep hygiene techniques
