Hi lovely person
There are times when we don't feel like doing anything, there can be days like that but when it's happening often you require help.
I feel you need to know what is that you want from life, at this age where you might be finishing school and entering college there are so many excitements about life, career, friends, and it seems you have closed yourself to explore them. It's important to know why you feel this way.
Try and fix a schedule to go for morning walks/gym/yoga and purpose or something to look forward to the whole day.
Spend time thinking about what you really like, some hobbies or what gets you happiness.
Talk to people, family members, friends, move out of the house Atleast once a day breath in fresh air.
Next Steps
kindly consult a counselor near you if you are unable to move out of this situation.
