I do nothing now. I've lost all my will. Some days I won't eat or won't sleep. I cry all the time. I've got this permanent pain in my body.

hi dear, I understand that you are emotionally disturbed, in which you are feeling of frustrated, low, no confidence in activity. but there might be some reason for this stage to occur. you need to find out what is it that's bothering you and try to overcome of it. your age is to explore, learn, and enjoy different things related career and life activities. you can approach any psychologist in your place, take their support through counselling and over come your negative feeling. stay confidence, don't lose hope. take care.

Hi lovely person There are times when we don't feel like doing anything, there can be days like that but when it's happening often you require help. I feel you need to know what is that you want from life, at this age where you might be finishing school and entering college there are so many excitements about life, career, friends, and it seems you have closed yourself to explore them. It's important to know why you feel this way. Try and fix a schedule to go for morning walks/gym/yoga and purpose or something to look forward to the whole day. Spend time thinking about what you really like, some hobbies or what gets you happiness. Talk to people, family members, friends, move out of the house Atleast once a day breath in fresh air.
Next Steps
kindly consult a counselor near you if you are unable to move out of this situation.
