Getting 7-8 hours of sleep is adequate . There could be other reasons as well like deficiency of vitamin d , thyroid disorders , dehydration due to inadequate consumption of water.Try getting your blood investigation that includes CBC , glucose level , creatinine , vitamin d and thyroid function tests.
It is possible that you could have some disease.
Please get a complete Health checkup package done from a Multinational Laboratory, consult a General Physician with all the reports. It is quite possible that the General Physician may not be able to pin point any disease. In that case you should consult a Sleep Therapist (available in a few Cities) or consult a Psychiatrist in your area.
Patient's detailed medical history is required. It is recommended to consult a doctor professional through the Practo app or visit a local medical facility for a thorough evaluation.
Please keep in mind that detailed medical history is crucial for proper diagnosis and treatment.
