Sleeping problems
I have my best concentration at night . So I usually study till late midnight (2 am) and wake up at 5 am in the morning . So i sleep only for 3 hrs in night But I take sound sleep in the day for 4 hrs (12pm-4pm). So is that fulfilling my sleeping quota or I am sleep deprived. Is it harmful or okay Plz guide me and suggest changes if any. Thanks

See.. you are going against the human body circadian rythm. Try maintaining it a bit by sleeping between 1 am and 7pm..

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Yes i definately feel you are sleep deprived. One must have at leat 7-8 hours of sound sleep at a stretch. If you can i would definitely recommend you to continue sleeping till atleast 8 A. M . Take a nutritional supplement like cap. Absolut 3g once a day after food for 15 days. Have a high protein diet and lots of greens and fruits. Also make a habit of doing meditation and yoga daily. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain.
