Sleeping on back
I slept on my back for 4 to 5 hours in the 18th week of pregnancy . Is this safe for the baby. I am worried

You better sleep on your left lateral position. If you are not comfortable in that position, keep a soft pillow on right side at waist and hip level... So that your tummy moves to left side.

18 weeks Pregnancy is not big enough to create problems. But don't sleep on your back for 4-5 hours when you are 32 weeks pregnant.
