Hello. From past few days i am having difficulty in sleeping.. i dont wakeup fresh and feel lethargic whole day as if i want to sleep but when i go to sleep, i can't go to sleep.. i suddenly wakeup after 10 mins only. Is himalaya mentat good for me??? Is it a habit forming medicine
