Whenever I feel like I'm falling asleep, I feel like my body starts vibrating lightly. When I wake up or move a little it goes away. It happens once or twice a week intermittently. I do not face such issue when I'm awake. No other symptoms when this happens only feel like these internal vibrations. I do have some anxiety issues, when I am stressed a lot I've noticed it happens on that night.

According to your sign and symptom you are suffering from vibration in the sleeping.
Vibration in the sleep mean you could have deficiency of vitamin B12 and Vitamin D or
