Sleeping issue
I feel like I am being weighed down while i am asleep. I try so hard to wake up and get out of that feeling but it takes a while to get out of it. It feels like a numbing feeling. Can someone explain what it might be? Because i feel very uneasy and scared when i get out of it.

Proper sleep study needs to be done Epilepsy Depression Narcolepsy Needs to be ruled out. Better consult a psychiatrist or a neurologist.
