Hello practo user I can understand the situation you are currently facing in your life . It seems that you are a sensitive person and some past negative events are causing you these distressing symptoms. Inability to sleep , talk to anyone , feeling alone and crying are all indicative of an underlying problem . You can try and maintain a thought journal in which you can write three positive events during the day ,go for regular exercise as it helps relieve stress , you can also listen to soothing music . Try and reduce your phone time before sleeping and also you can have a warm bath or some warm milk before going to bed . Practice deep breathing before sleeping as that is also helpful in calming you down . It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for a diagnosis and management through regular counseling sessions. You can also get in touch with me through the practo app for any further help or guidance
Next Steps

Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. Sleep is very essential for both physical and mental health and distrubed sleep needs immediate attention. Just observe and analyze what's happening around you in the recent times. Any relationship issues or job related stress or financial pressure or any health issues or lifestyle changes etc easily trigger you with stress or anxiety which can be the root cause for the disturbance in sleep.
