Hi, i am suffering from sleep paralysis sometimes it's very scary. I'll suddenly open my eyes midnight . Scared of dark I don't know why . Tongue biting while sleeping forcefully left side I lost Sensation of tongue for while Everyday sleeping with dream Waking up 3 hours once midnight Give me solutions Nowadays Working life is greatly affected
