I was vitmin d deficient before 5 months I took supplements and i recovered vitmin d deficiency Know my issue is that : 1.In afternoon after having meal I get sudden body pain and excessive sleepiness 2.In morning after wakeup I feel body pain What should I do please help

Get a general check up done Check CBC, vit d, vit b12, calcium levels. Take tab Zerodol mr 1 tab twice a day after food for five days along with gas medicine
