Sleep problem
I have been prescribed Nexito Forte tablets by my doctor to aid with my sleeping problems. The doctor recommended taking the medication an hour after dinner. However, I have noticed that when I take the tablet after an hour of having dinner, I do not feel sleepy until I eat again. As a result, I end up eating again before falling asleep.
I am wondering if it is safe to take Nexito Forte on an empty stomach before dinner? If yes, when would be the appropriate time to have dinner after taking the medication?
