Neurobian forte tablet
I was prescribed neurobian forte tablet for tiredness after taking tablet urine goes to yellow colour and lower abdomen pain ,is it side of effect of neurobian tablet?

Yes it may cause slight deepening of urine color. But lower abdominal pain alongwith deepening of urine shouldn't happen. I would keep UTI as a possibility. Kindly consult online to avoid unnecessary confusion with better details. For now, take plenty of water atleast 3-4 glasses additional to what you are taking at present. Symptoms should subside.

Don't wry. Aftr taking 1 month course , stop the medication , urine will get back to its normal color

Yellow urine is normal side effect of multivitamins don't worry, do a urine analysis for the abdominal pain if it continues.

B complex is excreted in urine so it's yellow color
