Sleep Problem
From past 6 months i am feeling sleepy while studying or working on laptop when i go to sleep at daytime i can not sleep and at night i sleep 5-6 hours daily . this is affecting my study please give a solution

Sleep hygiene is the solution here. Body has a sleep cycle and it needs a set routine.Stressing your eyes and mind with continuous tv or laptop surfing often cause fatigue. Take breaks for 15mins every 2 hours while surfing or studying. Have a set timetable for study schedule.
