Don't panic and don't be anxious. Take adequate rest and proper diet. Maintain hydration. During sleep divert your mind.

Because of this pandemic many of us are feeling this sleep related issues,as we aren’t going out ;neither gyms nor to our work places ...and sedentary lifestyle is prevalent amongst us.In initiat phase we must not switch to medications directly ,whereas we must start doing physical workouts during evening hours we must do some physical activity and need to avoid drinks or food products which interferes with our sleeping pattern ,such as coffee;tea or some energy drinks ,we must avoid these food substance and if no help with these life modifications then we can take help of medications for a shorter period to set our sleeping pattern!
