Sleep problem
Dear sir Our uncle has a sleep problem from last 3 months. His age is now 46 years He doesn't see computer much in the office. He only sees the computer for a couple of hours a day. He doesn't see TV much He doesn't see mobile much But yet he is not sleeping. If he slept, he only sleeps for two hours. What is this problem? What is this problem called? Why did it come? Your uncle needs a thorough evaluation to identify the cause of the problem and to diagnose and treat. A visit to Psychiatrist will only help. He needs medications to take care of his sleep and the unwanted thoughts coming in his mind.
