Sleep Parylsis
M Is there any specific time for sleep paryalsis ? I am getting them since 1 month like maybe I think Sleep deprived or in tension Yesterday I got at 2:30 am ! I usually get them around 3 or 4 in night I am a 26 year old male .

Hello, Sleep paralysis occurs at sleep onset or on awakening, a time when the individual is partially conscious and aware of the surroundings. Irregular sleep, sleep deprivation, stress etc. can cause sleep paralysis. Sleep hygiene will be beneficial. If the problem persist you can consult nearby psychiatric clinic.
