I've been suffering from sleep paralysis maybe twice a month for a couple of years and it's always followed by a really intense panic attack. I just want it to stop and I was wondering if there was a type of medical solution for this

As you have come up with a diagnosis of sleep paralysis and panic attacks, yes there are medication which can be used for the above condition.
Ideally a combination of anti depressant plus benzodiazapine can help. Example escitalopram plus clonezepam. You can also follow sleep hygiene technique (Google the term)
It is not serious condition. Don't worry take care
