I sleep too much. More than 12 hours a day and feel so lethargic. Not at all active.
Even while listening to some lectures continuously my mind get too tired, that even if I don't want to sleep, my eyes get closed. And some cartoonic images come ahead of my eyes when I try to wake up during lectures. It's too irritating , I can't concentrate or attend lectures properly. Even I had tried exercise but it's still the same.

Hi there,
I agree with Dr Varalakshmi here. You need rule out all these physical deficiencies (alongwith Vit B12, and Vit D3), along with a psychiatric consult to rule out depression.
Good luck.
