How long should we sleep? Is it ok to sleep for 5 hours and then 2 hours later or we need continuous long sleep?

7-8 hour continuous sleep is the best. It is better to get a 6 hour continuous sleep minimum which can be supplemented by 2 hours sleep later. For more guidance take a personal instant consultation. Hope that helps.
