Sleep deprived
One or the other things will be running in my mind if not just some random songs will be running in my head I don't get sleep, it's been like a year since I hardly sleep 3 days in a week where I get 5-6hrs of sleep otherwise it's just 2-3hrs of sleep

Hi. You really need to get professional help. There are a lot of long term consequences of lack of proper sleep. But you also need to understand that primary insomnia is very rare. 99% of the time, there is another core problem and sleep disturbance might just be a symptom. You should take this a bit more seriously and take the next step towards your health.
