Dear Doctor,
I have sleep apnea problem, below are the symptoms I have...
1. Sleep deprivation
2. Breathing difficulties in sleep
3. Stoped breathing in sleep
4. Excessive sleepiness all the time
6. Headache vertigo... 😞😞
I have consulted a doctor he advised me to use cpap, but I am very scared to use that machine. Kindly advise is there any other treatment to cure this problem without cpap..

Cpap is life changing if sleep apnea is severe , u will get used to it and all ur symptoms will improve . But sleep study hs to be done and other problems to be ruled out. Needs detailed evaluation, start online consultation for further advice
First of all, pl tell me what is your wt,ht,any co morbidities.any smoking,any short neck.any family history.spo2. Pl do sleep study.If sleep apnoe is severe,cpap, really helps.pl kindly consult Pulmonologist online with all the reports.
