Sleep apnea and Gym
Hello, I am 31 years old having weight of 98 kgs and  have been diagnosed with sleep apnea. Is it possible for me to go to the gym for excercise (mostly strength and weight training) to reduce weight.

You can go for Gym,to reduce your weight. Pl have sleep studies, and find out the cause. Pl consult Pulmonologist online with all the reports and treatment taken.
