Sleep and anxiety
I really am struggling to sleep . Is there anything long term use that is good . Would antipsychotic medication be any good ? Suffer with Anxiety too. Had all the zopetc etc ! I don’t drink at all, fit , eat well just can not zzz

Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. Sleeplessness can be caused by either due to mental disturbance or sometimes due to physical illness.. As you mentioned about anxiety, its obvious you will have this problem. Here the solution should be to first fix the reason for your anxiety. As body and mind are interlinked, such emotional disturbance also influence body function to a greater extent. As you tried few medications already, I would recommend you to consider ayurveda approach in solving your problem. In ayurveda there few home remedies and few lifestyle changes or therapy can give long term solution. Tremors, feeling anxious or nervous, sense of panic, sweating, increased heartbeat, feeling of impending doom, stomach discomfort, dizziness etc are signs of anxiety. These can be debilitating. If the anxiety us overwhelming, consult a psychiatrist at the earliest. With the right medication and counseling, it is likely your symptoms will improve.

Hello good morning , Sleep disturbance could be a result of physical health problems , mental health issues or related to ur work. Some people have poor sleep hygiene . First u have look into ur sleeping pattern. Anxiety perse can cause sleep disturbance . In that case anti anxiety medications will help.
