I am a married women , skipped my period this month, having a doubt for being pregnant done my pregnancy test today and its positive, but me and my husband don't want to have a child now... so what should i do now to avoid this...

Take ultrasound pelvis done for uterus tubes and ovaries and gestational sac and fetal cardiac activity
