Just by this pic alone, it is honestly difficult to zero in on a pucca diagnosis.
There is no mention of a basic history of itch if at all there is...if not, then some blood tests may be required.
Could well just be an Insect bite reaction.
More details are required including close contacts having similar issues or not, sexual contact,medical personal history etc...
