Skin rashes
My son 2 and half year old is having rashes on neck and hands since last 2 weeks. No fever and no changes in any food intake, he is active too. The rashes are sometimes itchy on the shoulders area,rashes on hands are less and he doesn't itch as well on the hands. Attaching few pics for reference.
PS: I give him a spoon of ginger honey at night time. Mentioning this to rule out any possibility of dryness due to ginger.
