Skin picking
It's been more than 5 years i have this extreme skin picking habit until it bleeds even when i get injury i pick it it pains but can't help. I did cry for this i tried everything possible to stop but helpless. Mainly when i get anxious i do this continuously i did cry all the time i have become too sensitive to handle a situation and I'm too scared of loud noise, i shiver and just get scared so much:)
