Scab picking and pulling out hair
Hi. I’m a bit unsure about whether or not I have any disorder. I have a habit of picking at my scabs. I have been for seceral years. There’s especially this one on my hand. I cover it with a bandage but I continually pick at it. I just can’t stop myself from it. And then I cover it with a bandage again. I recently donated my hair. Before that I used to pull out random strands of hair. Almost every hour. I know that’s not normal and I just want to know why someone would do that.
