I’m afraid to get help in person because I 1. Don’t want to be judged and 2. Don’t want to cry in front of someone. I’m pretty sure I have anxiety but I’m not really sure I’m very sensitive and Get upset over little things and I also get very angry and easily irritable. And I get waves of ocd like tendencies. Like for example, if I don’t touch the edge of the counter with both hands something bad will happen. And I also get very attached to people and have a fear of abandonment.

First, relax. Honestly all of us have such tendencies at times , so it's not all that abnormal. It may be more frequent in your case and that needs to be corrected.
You can overcome this easily with a bit of medical help.
You can choose either one of the two options.
1. Consult a psychiatrist , if necessary the Doctor will prescribe medication. But in most cases, psychotherapy / counseling will be advised
Attend your sessions with the counselor regularly and you will be fine in no time.
