Feel like I’m in a dream 24/7.
Okay so I’ve been dealing with this for around 2-3 years now and I’m not entirely sure what it is or why it’s happening. I constantly feel spaced out and feel like nothing around me or situations happening aren’t real. I feel like I’m floating and I genuinely have no idea what it is. My doctor also had no idea and wouldn’t take it further. I’m also depressed and have suicidal thoughts a lot of the time. I’m running out of things to help me.

Hi From the description of your symptoms, it seems you are experiencing derealization and depersonalization. I understand you are experiencing depression, I would like to know if you are also experiencing any anxiety symptoms. I would like to know if you are taking any medication for these or any other problem.. I would like to suggest you to visit a Psychiatrist or else you can always direct consult me...
Next Steps
visit a Psychiatrist or direct consult me

From what you have described briefly, it seems you are experiencing a phenomenon known as depersonalisation. Consult a Clinical Psychologist or a Psychiatrist to rule out the same.
