Skin itching
I have a skin condition in which I get random itching on my skin and it turns red even in the slightest abrasion. I consulted many doctors and they said it was an allergy but it started last year and I haven't started anything new to let the allergy trigger. If I scratch some word it gets inflammed in the exact wording. What to do?

You seem to have Dermographism (Skin Writing), a form of physical urticaria.
Next Steps
Start a non-sedating antihistamine (e.g., cetirizine or fexofenadine daily). Consult a dermatologist for confirmation and long-term management.
Health Tips
Avoid scratching, tight clothes, and sudden temperature changes which can worsen symptoms.
