Skin itch and Blood test
My wife have skin itch in face with no rash and redness and in blood smear test it came up as reactive thrombocytosis ,microcytic hypochromic anemia with erythrocytosis . Also low hb ,normal esr , .Dr asked her to increase iron intake ,is that alone settle the issue or need further step . Platelet 4.9 rbc 5.68 ,lft bilirubin 0.24 gamma gt 50,
