Skin bumps
Hi doctors, I used to live in UP and shifted to Tamil Nadu. Within one week, my face is having small bumps with pus. I am already taking medicines for PCOD and my skin was fine at UP.
What could be the reason for this issue and could you please suggest any solution?

Possibly due to the weather.you must keep the skin hydrated but dry(no oil).a change in diet may also help along with some supplements.

It is infectious skin lesion maily bacterial
Not related to any place it is related to the your personal hygiene.
For this problem take antibiotics and good hygiene
