My baby is 7 month old...She got something like this in her check 20 days ago...I applied coconut oil Nd baby lotion Nd even physiogel...it seemed like it's gone but it came like something like this in pic...donno wat...I even use turmeric powder daily for her in face...herbal bath...

Looks like fungal infection, apply anti fungal such as candid ointment
